For Sale: 1985 Honda CRX Si

First year for the Si, in the lightest CRX body.

180,000+ total miles
30,000 miles on rebuilt mechanicals, including:
-rebuilt engine using factory honda parts
-internals all stock
-new distributor, starter, alternator, radiator etc.
-rebuilt transmission
-rebuilt suspension (bushings, shocks, anti-roll bars)
-rebuilt braking system (discs, calipers, pads, rear shoes)
-new tires on original light Si rims

A few performance parts were used, including:
-KYB shocks
-Suspension Techniques anti-roll bars
-Pacesetter Header
-2 inch cat back exhaust

Overall, the car runs great. Pulls strong, is quick and handles much better than stock. Outside condition is good, except the nose of the car, which has a little accident damage. The corner lights are broken, the valance panel between the headlights is damaged (but repaired to fit, and is actually stronger than stock.) The front bumper is a little crooked. The original blue paint is good, and shines very nice with little effort. Inside, the seats and carpet have typical high mileage wear and tear, but still looks good.

This has been a very reliable, fun little car that makes a great commuter. Or...could be turned into a fun little CSP autocross car with some upgrades to suspension, wheels, and tires.

This car has covered less than 1,000 miles over the past year. I have no need for it anymore, as I have too many cars.

Price: Asking $2,000 obo. Located in Roseburg, Oregon, about 3 hours south of Portland. E-mail: chris@subrew.com Phone: 541-430-7343
